Maria, Laguna, specializing in ready-to-eat products like sinantolan, ube jam, and fruit preserves for local and export markets. Our operations follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Management System standards to ensure quality and safety.

Our processing facility was designed and constructed following and compliant with the established Good Manufacturing Practices as defined in the requirements of the Food Safety Management System.
The company processing operation has an in-place documented quality manual that defines its quality policy and scope of the quality management system, GMP manual policy, sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs) of processing tools and equipment, and operational manual that includes process standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and food safety of the products being produced all throughout its production process.
CAJJAE Preserves Processing facility and its documented quality management system manual passed the Bureau of Food and Drug (BFAD) Audit and subsequently secured FDA licensed to operate dated March 26, 2024.
